Classes may be split if entries permit.
Pairs class £16 per entry, classes 2, 3 and 4 £12 per class
10% discount for members of E.E.H.S.C.
Entries on the day £5.00 extra per class (if space permits).

Novice 2ft 6ins to 2ft 9ins – Optimum time (Combination not to have been placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in any hunter trial at this height or above)

Course walking Saturday 28th March 2009 between 2pm and 5pm
Rules
- The judge’s decision is final. Objections must be made in writing and accompanied by £20 deposit within 20 minutes of the results being displayed. The deposit will only be refundable if the objection is sustained.
- Crash hats & back protectors are highly recommended, to current BHS standards.
- No horse or pony to be ridden more than once in a class
- Neither organisers nor any person acting on behalf accept liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, accident or illness affecting any person, animal or property, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, breach of trust or in any other way whatsoever
- It should be considered a condition of entry that each competitor and spectator shall indemnify the organisers or any person acting on their behalf against legal action arising from accident or incident
- The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present, for these measures to be effective everyone should take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instruction of the organisers, officials and stewards
- Horses and ponies to be 4 years old and older
- All dogs to be kept on leads at all times
- Any outside interference or assistance will result in elimination.
